Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50 % des personnes qui courent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement se blessent plus d&rsquo;une fois par an.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Parmi tous les types d&rsquo;exercices a\u00e9robiques, la course \u00e0 pied est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9valence la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de blessures de surutilisation, la majorit\u00e9 de ces blessures touchant les membres inf\u00e9rieurs.<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e en 2021 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les coureurs r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de blessures \u00e9taient deux fois plus susceptibles de subir une blessure li\u00e9e \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied que les coureurs sans ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de blessures.<sup id=\"cite_ref-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Les blessures en course \u00e0 pied sont le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une accumulation de contraintes dues aux forces exerc\u00e9es sur le corps par des facteurs intrins\u00e8ques (biom\u00e9canique, \u00e2ge, etc.) et extrins\u00e8ques (volume d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, nutrition, type d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, etc.) <sup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-4\">(4) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_5-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-5\">(5) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la technique de course, ainsi que la biom\u00e9canique de la course, affectent les performances des coureurs. <sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_7-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-7\">(7) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la <a title=\"Running Biomechanics\" href=\"\/Running_Biomechanics\">biom\u00e9canique de la course \u00e0 pied<\/a> et des mod\u00e8les cin\u00e9matiques peut aider \u00e0 identifier les forces exerc\u00e9es sur un coureur et \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si ces forces sont susceptibles de causer ou d&rsquo;aggraver ses sympt\u00f4mes. La technologie la plus r\u00e9cente des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents le permet, de sorte qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de disposer d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement dispendieux pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations de base.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation vid\u00e9o en 3D est id\u00e9ale car elle permet d&rsquo;analyser beaucoup plus de choses qu&rsquo;en 2D.
