Le TIMP a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour : <sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>identifier les nourrissons pr\u00e9sentant un retard de d\u00e9veloppement moteur;<\/li>\n<li>suivre avec pr\u00e9cision les nourrissons ayant un d\u00e9veloppement typique;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9laborer puis \u00e9valuer des objectifs d&rsquo;intervention pour les nourrissons qui pr\u00e9sentent des retards de d\u00e9veloppement;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9duquer les parents et les personnes qui s&rsquo;occupent des enfants sur le d\u00e9veloppement moteur du nourrisson.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il est utilis\u00e9 par les physioth\u00e9rapeutes et les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes pour identifier les nourrissons pr\u00e9sentant un retard moteur entre 34 semaines apr\u00e8s la conception et 4 mois apr\u00e8s la naissance.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-3\">(3) <\/a><\/sup> Il aide les th\u00e9rapeutes \u00e0 planifier les interventions et \u00e0 documenter tout changement dans les performances motrices au fil du temps.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Le TIMP a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point en vue d&rsquo;\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les unit\u00e9s de soins intensifs n\u00e9onatals (USIN) et dans le cadre de programmes d&rsquo;intervention pr\u00e9coce.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Components_and_Scoring\" class=\"mw-headline\">Composantes et cotation <\/span><span class=\"mw-editsection\"><span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">(<\/span> <a class=\"mw-editsection-visualeditor\" title=\"Edit section: Components and Scoring\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Test_of_Infant_Motor_Performance&amp;veaction=edit&amp;section=2\">edit<\/a> <span class=\"mw-editsection-divider\"> | <\/span> <a title=\"Edit section: Components and Scoring\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Test_of_Infant_Motor_Performance&amp;action=edit&amp;section=2\">edit source<\/a> <span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le TIMP comprend 42 items : <sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>13 items sont observ\u00e9s au cours d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 spontan\u00e9e, par exemple :\n<ul>\n<li>orientation de la t\u00eate sur la ligne m\u00e9diane;<\/li>\n<li>mouvements balistiques du membre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>29 items sont provoqu\u00e9s :\n<ul>\n<li>contr\u00f4le contre gravit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9ponses posturale, auditive et visuelle aux stimuli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>La cotation : <\/b><sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Items observ\u00e9s :\n<ul>\n<li>1 si observ\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>0 si absent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Items provoqu\u00e9s :\n<ul>\n<li>0-6 en fonction de la performance de l&rsquo;enfant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* La cotation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e est expliqu\u00e9e dans les <a class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimp.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">ateliers et cours portant sur le TIMP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Environnement pour le test :<\/b> le TIMP est utilis\u00e9 dans les USIN et les programmes d&rsquo;intervention pr\u00e9coce.
