Elles transf\u00e8rent le poids du corps des membres inf\u00e9rieurs vers le quadrant sup\u00e9rieur et sont souvent utilis\u00e9es par les personnes qui ne peuvent pas utiliser leurs membres inf\u00e9rieurs pour supporter leur poids (qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de blessures de courte dur\u00e9e ou d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9s permanantes).<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Crutch_Type\" class=\"mw-headline\">Types de b\u00e9quille <\/span><span class=\"mw-editsection\"><span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">(<\/span><a class=\"mw-editsection-visualeditor\" title=\"Edit section: Crutch Type\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Crutches&amp;veaction=edit&amp;section=2\">edit<\/a><span class=\"mw-editsection-divider\"> | <\/span><a title=\"Edit section: Crutch Type\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Crutches&amp;action=edit&amp;section=2\">edit source<\/a><span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe trois types de b\u00e9quilles : les b\u00e9quilles axillaires, les b\u00e9quilles d&rsquo;avant-bras et les b\u00e9quilles \u00e0 poign\u00e9e goutti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u><b>B\u00e9quilles axillaires ou d\u2019aisselles<\/b><\/u> : Elles doivent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il y ait une distance de 2 ou 3 doigts entre l\u2019aisselle et le coussin de la b\u00e9quille, le coude devant \u00eatre fl\u00e9chi de 20 \u00e0 30 degr\u00e9s. <sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Ce type comprend une barre axillaire, un appui pour la main et deux montants reli\u00e9s distalement en une seule extr\u00e9mit\u00e9. Ils sont r\u00e9glables en hauteur ; la hauteur totale et la hauteur de la poign\u00e9e sont r\u00e9glables (environ 48 \u00e0 60 pouces \/ 122 \u00e0 153 cm).<sup id=\"cite_ref-osulivan_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-osulivan-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li><u><b>B\u00e9quilles d&rsquo;avant-bras<\/b><\/u> : (ou b\u00e9quilles europ\u00e9ennes, ou canne b\u00e9quille, ou b\u00e9quilles canadiennes). Ce type comprend un seul montant, une manchette d&rsquo;avant-bras et une poign\u00e9e. La hauteur des b\u00e9quilles d&rsquo;avant-bras est mesur\u00e9e de la poign\u00e9e au sol (ajustable de 29 \u00e0 35 pouces \/ 74 \u00e0 89 cm).<sup id=\"cite_ref-osulivan_2-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-osulivan-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li><u><b>B\u00e9quilles \u00e0 poign\u00e9e goutti\u00e8re<\/b><\/u> : (ou b\u00e9quilles arthritiques r\u00e9glables, b\u00e9quilles ant\u00e9brachiales) Un autre type de b\u00e9quille est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;un support d&rsquo;avant-bras con\u00e7u en m\u00e9tal puis rembourr\u00e9, d&rsquo;une sangle et d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e ajustable avec un embout en caoutchouc. Pour le patron de marche \u00e0 2 points d&rsquo;appui avec b\u00e9quilles, les b\u00e9quilles et le membre affect\u00e9 sur lequel on ne fait pas de mise en charge (en raison d&rsquo;une fracture, d&rsquo;une amputation, d&rsquo;une chirurgie de proth\u00e8se, etc.) forment un point d&rsquo;appui et la jambe non affect\u00e9e forment l&rsquo;autre point d&rsquo;appui. Les b\u00e9quilles et le membre atteint sont avanc\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment et ensuite le membre non atteint sur lequel on fait la mise en charge est avanc\u00e9 au niveau des b\u00e9quilles. Ce patron est moins stable car seuls deux points d&rsquo;appui sont en contact avec le sol. Un bon \u00e9quilibre est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour adopter ce patron de marche \u00e0 2 points d&rsquo;appui avec b\u00e9quilles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Patron de marche \u00e0 2 points d&rsquo;appui :<\/b> Le pied droit et la b\u00e9quille gauche sont avanc\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment, suivis du pied gauche et de la b\u00e9quille droite qui sont aussi avanc\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment Il y a deux points en contact avec le sol \u00e0 tout moment !<\/li>\n<li><b>Patron de marche \u00e0 3 points d&rsquo;appui <\/b>: Ce patron de marche est utilis\u00e9 lorsque l&rsquo;un des membres inf\u00e9rieurs est incapable de supporter enti\u00e8rement le poids (en raison d&rsquo;une fracture, d&rsquo;une amputation, d&rsquo;une chirurgie de proth\u00e8se, etc.). Il y a trois points d&rsquo;appui avec le sol. Les b\u00e9quilles sont un premier point d&rsquo;appui. La jambe atteinte est un deuxi\u00e8me point et la jambe non-atteinte, un troisi\u00e8me point. Les deux b\u00e9quilles avancent, le membre atteint rejoignant ensuite les b\u00e9quilles. Il est suivi par le membre non-atteint qui s&rsquo;avance, au-del\u00e0 des b\u00e9quilles. Il y a toujours trois points de contact avec le sol en tout temps.<sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li><b>Patron de marche \u00e0 4 points d&rsquo;appui <\/b>: Ce patron de marche est utilis\u00e9 lorsque le patient manque de coordination, a un mauvais \u00e9quilibre et ou des faiblesses musculaires dans les deux membres inf\u00e9rieurs. En effet, il permet une d\u00e9marche lente et stable avec quatre points d&rsquo;appui. Le premier point d&rsquo;appui est la b\u00e9quille du c\u00f4t\u00e9 atteint, le deuxi\u00e8me point d&rsquo;appui est la jambe non atteinte, le troisi\u00e8me point d&rsquo;appui est la jambe atteinte et le quatri\u00e8me point d&rsquo;appui est la b\u00e9quille du c\u00f4t\u00e9 non atteint. Les b\u00e9quilles et les membres inf\u00e9rieurs sont avanc\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, avec trois des quatre points d\u2019appui au sol supportant le poids corporel en tout temps. <sup id=\"cite_ref-gardiner_3-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-gardiner-3\">(3) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-dr_das_7-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-dr_das-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li><b>Pas non d\u00e9pass\u00e9 :<\/b> Le membre inf\u00e9rieur ayant subi une fracture ou une blessure est avanc\u00e9, puis le membre non atteint est ramen\u00e9 tout juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du membre atteint. Lorsque la mise en charge est restreinte \u00e0 une mise en charge partielle, de type \u00ab toe-touch \u00bb ou \u00e0 une mise en charge selon tol\u00e9rance, des b\u00e9quilles ou un cadre de marche sont n\u00e9cessaires. Ils aident le patient \u00e0 supporter le poids sur leur membre inf\u00e9rieur atteint en poussant vers le bas avec les membres sup\u00e9rieurs, transf\u00e9rant ainsi la charge du membre inf\u00e9rieur atteint vers l&rsquo;appareil fonctionnel.<\/li>\n<li><b>Pas d\u00e9pass\u00e9 :<\/b> Tout d&rsquo;abord, le <i>membre inf\u00e9rieur ayant subi une fracture ou une blessure<\/i> est avanc\u00e9. Ensuite, la <i>jambe non atteinte<\/i> est avanc\u00e9e plus loin que la jambe atteinte. En cas de restriction de mise en charge, des b\u00e9quilles sont utilis\u00e9es pour faire la mise en charge \u00e0 la place du membre atteint; le patient d\u00e9passe les b\u00e9quilles avec le membre inf\u00e9rieur en mise en charge.
