class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cependant, il peut \u00eatre difficile d&rsquo;identifier les pathologies graves, car elles <b>se font souvent passer pour des troubles musculosquelettiques<\/b>, en particulier dans les premiers stades de la maladie.
