Ils ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que cela pouvait \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par un conflit (coincement) temporaire du <a href=\"\/Phrenic_Nerve\" title=\"Phrenic Nerve\">nerf phr\u00e9nique<\/a> (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le <a href=\"\/Neurone\" title=\"Neurone\">nerf<\/a> qui innerve le diaphragme). Ce conflit diminue l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 neuronale, et ultimement affaiblit le diaphragme.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Hodges et al <sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-6\">(6) <\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-7\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup> ont d\u00e9duit qu&rsquo;une alt\u00e9ration de la fonction du diaphragme entra\u00eene une instabilit\u00e9 des <a href=\"\/Core_Muscles\" title=\"Core Muscles\">muscles stabilisateurs<\/a>, qui peut se traduire par d&rsquo;autres troubles syst\u00e9miques et musculo-squelettiques, notamment une instabilit\u00e9 de la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p>Une posture en protraction de la t\u00eate a un impact sur la <a href=\"\/Biomechanics\" title=\"Biomechanics\">biom\u00e9canique<\/a> respiratoire. <sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> Cela se traduit par une expansion de la partie sup\u00e9rieure du thorax et une contraction de la partie inf\u00e9rieure du thorax.
