essentiel de la famille des classifications de l&rsquo;OMS. La CIF a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour d\u00e9crire le fonctionnement et le handicap, et la mani\u00e8re dont le fonctionnement d&rsquo;une personne est li\u00e9 \u00e0 une interaction dynamique entre les conditions de sant\u00e9 et les facteurs environnementaux et personnels.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_6-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>La Classification internationale des maladies (CIM) &#8211; est actuellement dans sa onzi\u00e8me r\u00e9vision. Chaque composante peut \u00eatre positif et n\u00e9gatif.\n<ol>\n<li>Chaque composante est compos\u00e9e de diff\u00e9rents <i>domaines<\/i>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;ensembles de fonctions physiologiques, de structures anatomiques, d&rsquo;actions, de t\u00e2ches, de domaines de vie et d&rsquo;influences ext\u00e9rieures connexes.<\/li>\n<li>Des <i>cat\u00e9gories (ou unit\u00e9s de classification)<\/i> sont incluses dans chaque domaine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Voici des exemples de composantes et de leurs domaines :\n<ul>\n<li>Composante : fonction corporelle \/ Domaine : Fonctions sensorielles et douleur<\/li>\n<li>Composante : structure corporelle \/ Domaine : Structures li\u00e9es au mouvement<\/li>\n<li>Composante : activit\u00e9s et participation \/ Domaine : Vie communautaire, sociale et civique<\/li>\n<li>Composante : facteurs environnementaux \/ Domaine : Soutien et relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les <b>qualificatifs de la CIF<\/b> sont des codes num\u00e9riques qui sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9crire l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue du fonctionnement ou du handicap dans une cat\u00e9gorie donn\u00e9e. Ils sont cod\u00e9s sous la forme d&rsquo;un ou plusieurs chiffres suiviant un point (s\u00e9parateur) apr\u00e8s le code.
