tobillo.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Las <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/physio-pedia.com\/Ankle_Sprain#cite_note-Roos-1\">lesiones de ligamento lateral del tobillo<\/a> constituyen el 85% de las lesiones de tobillo<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-0\" href=\"#cite_note-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup> La prevalencia registrada de ICT es muy variada,<sup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup> pero se ha informado de que la prevalencia de ICT en personas que han sufrido un esguince lateral de tobillo es del 46% (intervalo 40-70%).<sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"><a aeroball, baloncesto, voleibol en pista cubierta, deportes de campo y escalada.<sup id=\"cite_ref-11\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-11\">(11)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de Hiller y col.<sup id=\"cite_ref-12\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-12\">(12)<\/a><\/sup> inform\u00f3 de una mayor curvatura del astr\u00e1galo, una menor fuerza de inversi\u00f3n conc\u00e9ntrica, un mayor balanceo al estar de pie sobre superficies estables con los ojos cerrados, una posici\u00f3n m\u00e1s invertida del tobillo y una menor separaci\u00f3n del
