Noch schwieriger wird die Diagnostik durch die <i>Unstimmigkeit zwischen <a title=\"MRI Scans\" href=\"\/MRI_Scans\">MRT-Befunden<\/a><\/i> bzw. der Bildgebung und den klinischen Symptomen, was oft zu Fehldiagnosen f\u00fchrt. Die Verwendung von subjektiven Befunden und speziellen Tests kann einen Eindruck von den Symptomen vermitteln, ohne jedoch die Quelle der Schmerzen zu spezifizieren.<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Bis heute gibt es keine festen Leitlinien f\u00fcr die Diagnose von Ges\u00e4\u00dfschmerzen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Eine Chronizit\u00e4t der Symptome k\u00f6nnte auf <a title=\"Biopsychosoziales Modell\" href=\"\/Biopsychosocial_Model\">psychosoziale<\/a> Faktoren zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sein, sollte aber eine strukturelle Pathologie nicht ausschlie\u00dfen. Allm\u00e4hliche Schmerzen k\u00f6nnen durch Fehlhaltungen, seronegative Spondyloarthropathien, Arthrose und schwangerschaftsbedingte Schmerzen entstehen. Ein pl\u00f6tzlicher Beginn entsteht oft durch eine pl\u00f6tzliche Bewegung, Belastung oder ein Trauma, z. B. wenn Sie eine Stufe verfehlen oder bei einer einseitigen Belastung mit einer Drehung, die von einem Klicken begleitet sein kann.<\/p>\n<p>ISG-Schmerzen sind gekennzeichnet durch Schwierigkeiten beim Stehen, Gehen, Treppensteigen, Hocken, Aussteigen aus dem Auto und Drehen im Bett, was zu Schlafst\u00f6rungen f\u00fchrt. der Femoral-Glide-Test, sowie passive akzessorische Tests sind nicht validiert, aber Sie k\u00f6nnen helfen, die bilaterale Mobilit\u00e4t des Gelenks zu vergleichen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kompression des Beckenrings mit Hilfe eines Gurtes kann sehr hilfreich sein, um den Kraftschluss im lumbopelvinen Bereich zu kontrollieren und die Wirkung des verst\u00e4rkten Kraftschlusses zu \u00fcberprufen.<sup
