Das TMT-Gelenk kann in drei S\u00e4ulen unterteilt werden:<\/p>\n<p><i>Mediale S\u00e4ule<\/i> (Kuneiforme I und Metatarsale I)<\/p>\n<p><i>Mittlere S\u00e4ule<\/i> (Kuneiforme II und Metatarsale II. sowie Kuneiforme III und Metatarsale III)<\/p>\n<p><i>Laterale S\u00e4ule<\/i> (Kuboid und Metatarsale IV und V).<\/p>\n<p>Der TMT-Gelenkkomplex (Lisfranc-Gelenk) verbindet den <i>Mittelfu\u00df mit dem Vorfu\u00df.<\/i> Es hat seinen Ursprung an den Kuneiforme I-III (Os cuneiforme mediale, intermedium und laterale), die sich mit den Basen der Metatarsale I-III gelenkig verbinden. Die Basen der Metatarsale IV und V bilden jeweils ein Gelenk mit dem Kuboid.<\/td>\n<td>Zur Palpation des Schafts des <b>Metatarsale V<\/b> sitzt der Patient oder liegt in R\u00fcckenlage mit entspanntem Fu\u00df .
