Chronic Ankle Instability &#8211; CAI) definiert.<sup id=\"cite_ref-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup>. F\u00e4llt mindestens eines dieser Kriterien positiv aus, sollte der Patient\/Sportler ger\u00f6ntgt werden, um eine Fraktur auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ottawa-Regeln lauten wie folgt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Druckempfindlichkeit bei der Palpation folgender Strukturen:\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li>Hinterer Rand der distalen Fibula \/ Spitze des Au\u00dfenkn\u00f6chels (Malleolus lateralis)<\/li>\n<li>Hinterer Rand der distalen Tibia \/ Spitze des Innenkn\u00f6chels (Malleolus medialis)<\/li>\n<li>Basis des 5. Ab einer Punktzahl von mehr als 11,5 ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass sich aus der Verletzung eine chronische Sprunggelenkinstabilit\u00e4t entwickelt.
