Sie werden mit Begriffen wie &#8222;Stabilit\u00e4t&#8220;, &#8222;D\u00e4mpfung&#8220;, &#8222;lightweight&#8220;, &#8222;minimalistisch&#8220; oder &#8222;barfu\u00df&#8220; beschrieben.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Ein grundlegendes Verst\u00e4ndnis ihres Aufbaus ist notwendig, um L\u00e4ufer effektiv beurteilen, behandeln und ihnen Schuhe empfehlen zu k\u00f6nnen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laufschuhe spielen eine wichtige Rolle f\u00fcr die <a href=\"\/Biomechanics\" title=\"Biomechanics\">Biomechanik<\/a> und die Lauf\u00f6konomie von L\u00e4ufern:\n<ul>\n<li>Vercruyssen et al.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_4-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup> fanden heraus, dass <a href=\"\/Calf_Strain\" title=\"Calf Strain\">Wadenschmerzen<\/a> bei Traill\u00e4ufern, die einen minimalistischen Schuh trugen, im Vergleich zu Traill\u00e4ufern, die einen herk\u00f6mmlichen Schuh trugen, deutlich zunahmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bei der Auswahl eines Schuhs f\u00fcr einen L\u00e4ufer sollten Bewegungskontrollschuhe (Stabilschuhe oder Schuhe mit Pronationsst\u00fctze) in Betracht gezogen werden.\n<ul>\n<li>Eine Studie<sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup> ergab, dass die plantare Kraft \u00fcber die medialen <a href=\"\/Ankle_and_Foot\" title=\"Ankle and Foot\">Fu\u00dfstrukturen<\/a> mit zunehmender Laufleistung \/ Distanz bei Freizeitl\u00e4ufern in Neutralschuhen zunahm, nicht aber bei L\u00e4ufern in Bewegungskontrollschuhen.
