Muskeln des Beckenbodens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Unter Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4ften gibt es unterschiedliche Auffassungen dar\u00fcber, was unter dem Begriff &#8222;Beckenboden&#8220; verstanden wird:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Besteht er nur aus den Beckenbodenmuskeln?<\/li>\n<li>Sollten die Beckenorgane mit einbezogen werden?<\/li>\n<li>Ist das H\u00fcftgelenk Teil des Beckenbodens?<\/li>\n<li>Geh\u00f6rt auch der Inhalt der unteren Bauchh\u00f6hle dazu?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Physiotherapeuten f\u00fcr Beckengesundheit bezieht sich der Beckenboden auf den Bereich am unteren Ende des Beckens und alle seine Inhalte und zugeh\u00f6rigen Strukturen, einschlie\u00dflich:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das kn\u00f6cherne Becken an sich (Abbildung 1)\n<ul>\n<li>Beckenring oder Beckeng\u00fcrtel genannt<\/li>\n<li>Umfasst die Beckengelenke (Iliosakralgelenke und Schambein- oder Symphysenfuge \/ Symphysis pubica)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Beckenorgane\n<ul>\n<li>Blase, Geb\u00e4rmutter (Uterus) und Mastdarm (Rectum) bei Frauen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Die Beckenb\u00e4nder (Abbildung 2)<\/li>\n<li>Die endopelvine Faszie und das Bindegewebe<\/li>\n<li>Die Nerven, die die Beckenregion versorgen, sowie die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und das Lymphsystem<\/li>\n<li>Die \u00e4u\u00dferen Genitalien<\/li>\n<li>Die Beckenbodenmuskulatur (Abbildung 3 und 4)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Physiotherapeuten f\u00fcr Beckengesundheit sind in der Lage, alle diese Strukturen direkt oder indirekt zu behandeln.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Seite konzentriert sich auf die Anatomie der weiblichen Beckenbodenmuskulatur. Es handelt sich um eine breite, trichterf\u00f6rmige Schlinge aus Faszien und Muskeln, die an kn\u00f6chernen Ansatzpunkten im kleinen Becken<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-7\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup> (d. h. dem Bereich der Beckenh\u00f6hle unterhalb der Linea terminalis) aufgeh\u00e4ngt ist.<sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Die Muskeln des Beckenzwerchfells sind:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-7\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-9\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-9\">(9)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_10-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-10\">(10)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>M. ischococcygeus<\/b> (auch als M. coccygeus bezeichnet)\n<ul>\n<li>Er entspringt an der Spina ischiadica und setzt lateral am Stei\u00dfbein (Os coccygis) an<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>M. levator ani<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ein zusammengesetzter Muskel, der traditionell in drei Teile unterteilt wird:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-11\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-11\">(11)<\/a><\/sup>\n<ul>\n<li><b>M. pubococcygeus<\/b>: entspringt an der Innenseite des Schambeins und setzt an den unteren Sakral- und Stei\u00dfbeinwirbeln an<\/li>\n<li><b>M. iliococcygeus<\/b>: entspringt am Arcus tendineus musculus levatoris ani (ATLA) und verschmilzt mit dem M. pubococcygeus, um an den unteren Sakral- und Stei\u00dfbeinwirbeln anzusetzen<\/li>\n<li><b>M. puborectalis<\/b>: entspringt an der Innenfl\u00e4che des rechten und linken Schambeins.
