Ziel der physiotherapeutischen Befunderhebung ist es, Anzeichen f\u00fcr schwerwiegende Wirbels\u00e4ulenerkrankungen zu erkennen und Dysfunktionen zu ermitteln, die m\u00f6glicherweise zum Auftreten der Schmerzen beigetragen haben oder die Wahrscheinlichkeit erh\u00f6hen, dass eine Person anhaltende Schmerzen entwickelt. Dazu geh\u00f6ren <b>biologische Faktoren<\/b> (z. B. Schw\u00e4che, Steifigkeit), <b>psychologische Faktoren<\/b> (z. B. Depressionen, Bewegungsangst und Katastrophisierung) und <b>soziale Faktoren<\/b> (z. B. Arbeitsumfeld).<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Sind eine <a title=\"Eine Einf\u00fchrung in Red Flags bei ernsthaften Pathologien\" href=\"\/An_Introduction_to_Red_Flags_in_Serious_Pathology\">schwerwiegende Pathologie<\/a> der Wirbels\u00e4ule und <a href=\"\/Specific_Low_Back_Pain\" title=\"Specific Low Back Pain\">spezifische Ursachen f\u00fcr R\u00fcckenschmerzen<\/a> ausgeschlossen, werden die Schmerzen der Person als &#8222;unspezifische Kreuzschmerzen&#8220; (Non-Specific Low Back Pain &#8211; NSLBP) eingestuft. Das bedeutet nicht, dass jeder, der einen abweichenden Befund vorweist, auch Schmerzen hat, aber je mehr Abweichungen in der Bildgebung vorkommen, desto h\u00f6her ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die Person Schmerzen hat.
