Das Modell erkennt an, dass die Gesundheit eines Menschen von umweltbedingten und pers\u00f6nlichen Faktoren beeinflusst wird. Die ICF kann in drei Komponenten der Gesundheit unterteilt werden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>K\u00f6rperfunktionen und -strukturen<\/li>\n<li>Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/li>\n<li>Partizipation (Teilhabe)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dann gibt es noch Kontextfaktoren, die das Leben eines Menschen beeinflussen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Umweltfaktoren<\/li>\n<li>Pers\u00f6nliche Faktoren<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die K\u00f6rperfunktionen beziehen sich auf die physiologischen Funktionen der K\u00f6rpersysteme. Die K\u00f6rperstrukturen beziehen sich auf die anatomischen Teile des K\u00f6rpers (z. B. Organe, Gliedma\u00dfen usw.). Aktivit\u00e4ten und Partizipation (Teilhabe) beziehen sich auf die Beteiligung an Lebensereignissen und die Durchf\u00fchrung verschiedener Aufgaben. Umweltfaktoren sind das einstellungsbezogene, soziale und physische Umfeld, in dem Menschen ihr Leben f\u00fchren und leben. Physiotherapeuten sind insbesondere daran interessiert zu erfahren, wie die Funktionseinschr\u00e4nkungen der Person ihre Aktivit\u00e4t und Partizipation (Teilhabe) behindern oder einschr\u00e4nken. Aktivit\u00e4ten beziehen sich auf die F\u00e4higkeit der Person, eine Aufgabe oder Handlung auszuf\u00fchren, w\u00e4hrend Partizipation (Teilhabe) die F\u00e4higkeit ist, eine gesellschaftlich definierte Rolle zu erf\u00fcllen. Die Partizipation (Teilhabe) kann sich auf Aktivit\u00e4ten in der Familie, am Arbeitsplatz und\/oder im Freundeskreis beziehen. Die Interventionen zielen darauf ab, die Behinderung zu minimieren und die Funktion als Ergebnis zu nutzen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_3-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup> In der p\u00e4diatrischen Population unterstreicht die <a href=\"\/ICF_and_Application_in_Clinical_Practice\" title=\"ICF und Anwendung in der klinischen Praxis\">ICF<\/a> die Bedeutung der Umwelt eines Kindes f\u00fcr seine funktionellen Ergebnisse. Die Umwelt umfasst nicht nur die physische Welt, sondern auch die Werte und Einstellungen der Familie und der Gemeinschaft.
