Famili\u00e4re Normen, Traditionen, Kulturen und pers\u00f6nliche \u00dcberzeugungen sollten bei der Wahl der Intervention eine Rolle spielen. Prinzipien und Richtlinien f\u00fcr Rehabilitationsinterventionen sind in zunehmendem Ma\u00dfe verf\u00fcgbar, wie z. B:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/rehabilitation-comms-guid-16-17.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow\">NHS Commissioning Guidance for Rehabilitation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/rehabilitation\/Package-of-rehab-interventions-info-sheet.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow\">World Health Organization Package of Rehabilitation Interventions Information Sheet<\/a><sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Trotz der F\u00fclle an Informationen ist die Umsetzung (Implementierung) dieser Erkenntnisse in die Praxis ein langsamer Prozess, insbesondere in L\u00e4ndern mit unterem mittleren Einkommen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Die Umsetzung von der klinischen Forschung in die klinische Praxis kann zwischen 10 und 20 Jahren dauern.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup> Einige der Barrieren, die diese Verz\u00f6gerung verursachen, sind im Folgenden aufgef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patientenpr\u00e4ferenz f\u00fcr eine Intervention;<\/li>\n<li>Zeitliche Anforderungen der Angeh\u00f6rigen der Gesundheitsberufe;<\/li>\n<li>Kentnisse und Fertigkeiten der Praktiker;<\/li>\n<li>Vertrauen der Praktiker;<\/li>\n<li>Glaube der Angeh\u00f6rigen der Gesundheitsberufe an die Intervention;<\/li>\n<li>Klinische Studien lassen sich m\u00f6glicherweise nicht auf das klinische Umfeld \u00fcbertragen;<\/li>\n<li>Ressourcen der Gesundheitseinrichtung;<\/li>\n<li>Informations\u00fcberflutung durch Angeh\u00f6rige der Gesundheitsberufe;<\/li>\n<li>Institutionelle Unterst\u00fctzung.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_3-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup> <sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In L\u00e4ndern mit unterem mittleren Einkommen (lower-middle income countries \u2013 LIMCs) ist der Bedarf an qualitativ hochwertigen Interventionen h\u00f6her, die Kapazit\u00e4ten zur Implementierung sind jedoch viel geringer als in ressourcenreichen L\u00e4ndern.<sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup> Grimmer et al. (2019)<sup id=\"cite_ref-:4_6-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:4-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup> hat die Herausforderungen beschrieben, denen sich L\u00e4nder mit unterem mittleren Einkommen bei der Umsetzung von EBP gegen\u00fcbersehen, die im Folgenden beschrieben werden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span id=\"System_level_challenges\" class=\"mw-headline\">Herausforderungen auf Systemebene <\/span><span einflie\u00dfen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup> Diese enorme Verz\u00f6gerung f\u00fchrte zur Entwicklung der Implementierungswissenschaft, die den Prozess der Verbreitung von Gesundheitsinformationen und deren \u00dcbernahme in die klinische Praxis untersucht.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup> <sup id=\"cite_ref-:5_7-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:5-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> Die Implementierungswissenschaft besteht aus vielen verschiedenen Ebenen, und die folgenden Begriffe beschreiben jede Komponente:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Implementierungsforschung: ein weit gefasster Begriff, der sich nicht nur auf die Leistungserbringer, sondern auch auf die \u00dcbernahme und Umsetzung der evidenzbasierten Praxis (EBP) befasst. Rahmenkonzepte verdeutlichen die zentralen Konstrukte jedes Schritts und jeder Phase und machen sie f\u00fcr alle an der Implementierung Beteiligten zug\u00e4nglich.
