Er sorgt f\u00fcr die dynamische und statische Stabilit\u00e4t des Gelenks und sch\u00fctzt gleichzeitig die Gelenkoberfl\u00e4chen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Die plantaren Platten der Kleinzehen bieten ebenfalls Gelenkstabilit\u00e4t und Schutz der Gelenkfl\u00e4chen. Der d\u00fcnne proximale Ansatz reicht bis zum \u00dcbergang zwischen Mittelfu\u00dfkopf (Caput metatarsale) und -hals oder bis zum Ligamentum intersesamoideum. Er ist untrennbar mit der plantaren Gelenkkapsel, den B\u00e4ndern und den muskulotendin\u00f6sen Strukturen verbunden. Er bietet ein D\u00e4mpfungssystem f\u00fcr den I. Mittelfu\u00dfkopf und verhindert, dass dieser absinkt.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup><sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> <i>Die plantaren Platten der Zehen II bis V (Kleinzehen) <\/i> sind eine einzige dominante faserknorpelige Kapselverdickung und erstrecken sich vom Mittelfu\u00dfkopf bis zur Basis des Grundglieds an jedem Gelenk.<\/p>\n<p>Der <b>Plantarplattenkomplex<\/b> ist ein Polster aus Faserknorpel, das aus drei Teilen besteht: einem kn\u00f6chernen, einem ligament\u00e4ren und einem muskulotendin\u00f6sen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Der kn\u00f6cherne Teil umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mediales und laterales Sesambein (Ossa sesamoidea)<\/li>\n<li>das <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Foot Anatomy\" href=\"\/Foot_Anatomy\">Grundglied<\/a> (Phalanx proximalis)<\/li>\n<li>die Gelenkfl\u00e4chen des <a title=\"Metatarsals\" href=\"\/Metatarsals\">Mittelfu\u00dfkopfes<\/a> (Caput metatarsale)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der <b>ligament\u00e4re<\/b> Teil umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sesamophalangeale B\u00e4nder: Dies sind die kr\u00e4ftigsten B\u00e4nder des Gro\u00dfzehengrundgelenks (GZGG). Sie verhindern die proximale Subluxation der Sesambeine w\u00e4hrend der \u00dcberstreckung (Hyperextension) beim Gehen oder Laufen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Intersesamoidales Band (Lig. intersesamoideum): Quer verlaufende Kollagenfaserb\u00fcndel, die die zwei Sesambeine miteinander verbinden.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Gepaarte metatarso-sesamoidale B\u00e4nder (MTSL): werden in englischer Sprache auch als &#8222;suspensory ligaments&#8220; bezeichnet. Diastase eines Os sesamoideum bipartitum<\/li>\n<li>Knorpelverletzungen mit losen osteochondralen Fragmenten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Hyperextension des Gelenks f\u00fchrt zu einer Verletzung der sesamophalangealen B\u00e4nder<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201eTurf-Toe-Verletzung\u201c, eine Verletzung des Gro\u00dfzehengrundgelenks.
