Eine &#8222;Lisfranc-Verletzung&#8220; wurde erstmals 1815 von dem franz\u00f6sischen Chirurgen und Gyn\u00e4kologen Jacques Lisfranc de St. Martin (1787 &#8211; 1847) beschrieben. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Zustand, bei dem ein oder mehrere Mittelfu\u00dfknochen disloziert sind.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Nach Angaben von Ponkilainen et al.<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> ist die Epidemiologie von Mittelfu\u00dfverletzungen, einschlie\u00dflich Lisfranc-Verletzungen, nicht gut bekannt. Eine F\u00fcnfjahresstudie ergab, dass von allen Mittelfu\u00dftraumata in 18,2 % der F\u00e4lle eine Lisfranc-Verletzung auftrat. Eine Untersuchung von Desmond and Chou<sup id=\"cite_ref-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-3\">(3)<\/a><\/sup> best\u00e4tigte, dass diese Art von Verletzung in weniger als 2 % aller Frakturen auftritt. Die Statistiken zeigen jedoch, dass die Diagnose nicht immer angemessen ist. In 20 % der F\u00e4lle wird die Diagnose zu sp\u00e4t oder gar nicht gestellt.<sup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup> Folgendes wurde festgestellt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lisfranc-Verletzungen treten h\u00e4ufiger bei M\u00e4nnern auf, und das gemeldete Verh\u00e4ltnis betr\u00e4gt 4,25 zu 1;<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_5-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>die h\u00e4ufigste Ursache f\u00fcr traumatische Verletzungen ist ein Trauma mit geringer Energie <sup id=\"cite_ref-:8_6-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:8-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup> (z. B. ein Sturz \u00fcber einen plantarflektierten Fu\u00df);<sup id=\"cite_ref-:7_7-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:7-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>die h\u00e4ufigsten Traumata mit hoher Energieeinwirkung sind Autounf\u00e4lle, gefolgt von Motorradunf\u00e4llen;<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_5-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>zu den h\u00e4ufigsten Frakturen geh\u00f6ren der II. und V. Mittelfu\u00dfknochen,<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_8-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> gefolgt vom Kuboid;<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_5-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-5\">(5)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<li>multiple <a href=\"\/Metatarsal_Fractures\" title=\"Metatarsal Fractures\">Mittelfu\u00dffrakturen<\/a> sind nicht selten. In diesen F\u00e4llen sind Frakturen des III. Mittelfu\u00dfknochens mit einer Fraktur des II. oder IV. Die Berichte \u00fcber diese Verletzung variieren erheblich, ebenso wie die Beschreibung der Anatomie des Lisfranc-Gelenks.<sup id=\"cite_ref-10\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-10\">(10)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Zum Lisfranc-Gelenkkomplex geh\u00f6ren der I. bis V. <a href=\"\/Metatarsals\" title=\"Metatarsals\">Mittelfu\u00dfknochen<\/a> (Os metatarsale I-V), drei <a href=\"\/Cuneiforms\" title=\"Cuneiforms\">Keilbeinknochen<\/a> (Os cuneiforme I-III), das <a href=\"\/Cuboid\" title=\"Os cuboideum\">Kuboid<\/a> (Os cuboideum), die verbindenden B\u00e4nder, Kapseln und verst\u00e4rkenden Sehnen. Die Hauptaufgabe dieses Gelenks besteht darin, die Stabilit\u00e4t des Mittelfu\u00dfes zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:4_11-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:4-11\">(11)<\/a><\/sup> Die Basen der Mittelfu\u00dfknochen bilden ein Gew\u00f6lbe mit dem II. Mittelfu\u00dfknochen als Mittelpunkt (sozusagen als &#8222;Schlussstein&#8220;, wie bei einem r\u00f6mischen Bogen).<sup id=\"cite_ref-:4_11-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:4-11\">(11)<\/a><\/sup> Er bildet mit dem II. Keilbeinknochen ein Gelenk und sitzt zwischen dem I. und III. Keilbeinknochen. Die im Folgenden genannten B\u00e4nder des Tarsometatarsalgelenks tragen zur Festigkeit des Gelenks bei (als &#8222;Lisfranc-Ligament&#8220; wird der zus\u00e4tzliche Bandkomplex zwischen I. Keilbeinknochen und II.
