Er betrifft den Streckapparat des Knies, wodurch der proximale Ansatz der Patellasehne am unteren Pol der <a href=\"\/Patella\" title=\"Patella\">Patella<\/a> gest\u00f6rt wird. Der untere Patellapol ist dabei druckempfindlich. Dies geht in der Regel mit dem radiologischen Nachweis einer Abspaltung dieses Pols einher. Die meisten Patienten mit SLJS haben auch eine kalkdichte Ver\u00e4nderungen am unteren Patellapol.<sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Dieses Krankheitsbild tritt in der Regel in der Adoleszenz w\u00e4hrend eines Wachstumsschubs auf. Es geht mit lokalisierten Schmerzen einher, die sich bei k\u00f6rperlicher Anstrengung verschlimmern. In der Regel werden lokale Druckempfindlichkeit und Weichteilschwellungen beobachtet. Auch die umliegenden Muskeln k\u00f6nnen verspannt bzw. verk\u00fcrzt sein, insbesondere der <a href=\"\/Rectus_Femoris\" title=\"Rectus Femoris\">M. quadrizeps femoris<\/a>, die <a href=\"\/Hamstrings\" title=\"Ischiokrurale Muskulatur (Hamstrings)\">ischiokrurale Muskulatur<\/a> (Hamstrings) und der <a href=\"\/Gastrocnemius\" title=\"M. gastrocnemius\">M. gastrocnemius<\/a>. Daher sollte jeder Erguss, der nicht auf ein Trauma zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, immer untersucht werden. Ein Kniegelenkerguss kann h\u00e4ufig zu patellofemoralen Schmerzen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>M\u00f6gliche Ursachen f\u00fcr einen Kniegelenkerguss:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Systemische Autoimmunerkrankung (z.
