Es muss darauf geachtet werden, dass das Gewicht durch den 2. Mittelfu\u00dfknochen getragen wird, wenn man sich durch den Fu\u00df bewegt oder auf Halbspitze\/Spitze steht. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen die f\u00fcnf Knochen des Mittelfu\u00dfes &#8222;verriegeln&#8220; und die T\u00e4nzerin oder der T\u00e4nzer hat einen stabileren Fu\u00df, mit dem sie\/er arbeiten kann. Dann wird eine gerade Linie zwischen dieser Markierung und der Mittellinie der zweiten Zehe gezogen.
