Es war als Handbuch zur Klassifizierung der Folgen von Krankheiten, Verletzungen und anderen St\u00f6rungen sowie als Rahmen f\u00fcr gesundheitsbezogene Informationen gedacht.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-2\">&lsqb;2&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup>\n<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem ICIDH-Handbuch ist eine <b>Sch\u00e4digung<\/b> &#8222;eine Beeintr\u00e4chtigung einer K\u00f6rperfunktion oder -struktur im Sinn einer wesentlichen Abweichung oder eines Verlustes.&#8220;.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> Die Klassifikation der <i>Sch\u00e4digungen<\/i> (I-Kode) spiegelt dies wider:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anomalit\u00e4ten der K\u00f6rperstruktur und des Erscheinungsbildes (vor\u00fcbergehend oder dauerhaft)<\/li>\n<li>St\u00f6rungen auf der Ebene der Organ- oder Systemfunktion, die auf eine beliebige Ursache zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die folgenden Kategorien von Sch\u00e4digungen wurden im Handbuch aufgef\u00fchrt: intellektuelle, andere psychische, Sprach-, Ohr-, Augen-, viszerale, Skelett-, entstellende, generalisierte, sensorische und andere Sch\u00e4digungen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup>\n<\/p>\n<p>Eine <b>F\u00e4higkeitsst\u00f6rung<\/b> wurde als &#8222;jede Einschr\u00e4nkung oder jeder Mangel (als Folge einer Sch\u00e4digung) der F\u00e4higkeit, eine Aktivit\u00e4t in der Weise oder in dem Umfang auszu\u00fcben, wie es f\u00fcr einen Menschen als normal angesehen wird&#8220;, betrachtet.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-3\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> Die Klassifikation von <i>F\u00e4higkeitsst\u00f6rungen<\/i> (D-Kode) spiegelt dies wider:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Funktionelle Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und Aktivit\u00e4t einer Person<\/li>\n<li>St\u00f6rungen auf der Ebene der Person<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-5\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Neun Kategorien von F\u00e4higkeitsst\u00f6rungen wurden ber\u00fccksichtigt: Verhalten, Kommunikation, Selbstversorgung, Fortbewegung, k\u00f6rperliche Beweglichkeit, Geschicklichkeit, situationsbedingt, besondere Fertigkeiten und andere Aktivit\u00e4tseinschr\u00e4nkungen.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen<\/b> (H-Kode) wurden definiert als &#8222;die Benachteiligungen, die der Einzelne aufgrund von Sch\u00e4digungen und F\u00e4higkeitsst\u00f6rungen erf\u00e4hrt&#8220;. Sie schr\u00e4nken &#8222;die Erf\u00fcllung einer Rolle ein, die (je nach Alter, Geschlecht sowie sozialen und kulturellen Faktoren) f\u00fcr die betreffende Person normal ist&#8220;, oder verhindern sie.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_3-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-3\">&lsqb;3&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> In dem Handbuch werden zwei Dimensionen von <i>Beeintr\u00e4chtigung<\/i> aufgef\u00fchrt: die <i>\u00dcberlebensrolle<\/i> mit sechs Schl\u00fcsseldimensionen und <i>andere<\/i>. Zu den sechs wesentlichen \u00dcberlebensrollen geh\u00f6ren: Orientierung, physische Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit, Mobilit\u00e4t, Besch\u00e4ftigung, soziale Integration und \u00f6konomische Eigenst\u00e4ndigkeit.\n<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwendung der Internationalen Klassifikation der Krankheiten (ICD) (siehe unten) oder verschiedener Kategorien der ICIDH-Klassifikation hatte ihre Berechtigung, und es lag im Ermessen des Anwenders zu entscheiden, welche Klassifikationen f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Patienten angemessen waren.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">&lsqb;4&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> Zum Beispiel w\u00fcrde die ICD (Krankheit oder St\u00f6rung) gew\u00e4hlt, um die Ursache von Blindheit zu verstehen, wenn eine Person nicht f\u00e4hig war, zu sehen. Eine Klassifikation der Sch\u00e4digungen w\u00fcrde die Gruppierung von Sehbehinderungen erleichtern. Sie geh\u00f6rt zur Familie der Klassifikationen der WHO und wird zur Klassifizierung bestehender Krankheiten (Morbidit\u00e4t) und\/oder Todesursachen (Mortalit\u00e4t) verwendet. Die ICD befindet sich derzeit in ihrer 11. \u00dcberarbeitung und wird unter dem Namen ICD-11 f\u00fcr Mortalit\u00e4ts- und Morbidit\u00e4tsstatistiken (ICD-11-MMS) gef\u00fchrt.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-4\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">&lsqb;4&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> <sup id=\"cite_ref-:4_5-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:4-5\">&lsqb;5&rsqb;<\/a><\/sup> Der ICD-11-Rahmen besteht aus drei Teilen: Foundation (Datenbank), Klassifikationen (aus der Foundation gewonnen) und biomedizinische Ontologie (mit der Foundation verbunden). Die biomedizinische Ontologie stellt das wichtigste Wissen \u00fcber eine Krankheit dar, das in das Kodierungssystem aufgenommen werden sollte.
