Dies tr\u00e4gt zur funktionellen Stabilisation der Gelenke durch dynamische Stabilit\u00e4t bei <sup id=\"cite_ref-:11_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:11-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> und erm\u00f6glicht dem Einzelnen, das Gleichgewicht zu halten und energieeffiziente Bewegungen auszuf\u00fchren. <sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Das Timing und die Aktivierung der dynamischen Stabilisatoren sind die wichtigsten Faktoren f\u00fcr das Erreichen funktioneller Stabilit\u00e4t. <sup id=\"cite_ref-:11_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:11-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup>\n<\/p>\n<p>Wenn der K\u00f6rper aus dem Gleichgewicht ger\u00e4t, reagieren die Muskeln, indem sie den Ver\u00e4nderungen des Schwerpunkts entgegenwirken. Diese Person kann aufgrund der Lendenlordose, der Ausrichtung der oberen Wirbels\u00e4ule, der Halswirbels\u00e4ulenlordose, der kyphotischen Brustwirbels\u00e4ule und der angemessenen Ausrichtung des Beckens, das mit den unteren Extremit\u00e4ten verbunden ist, still stehen und gehen.
