Das lokale System wirkt nahe der Gelenkachse, sorgt f\u00fcr die Gelenkkompression und ist f\u00fcr die Stabilit\u00e4t des Gelenks verantwortlich. Gro\u00dfe Kr\u00e4fte, die von den Muskeln erzeugt werden, und kleine \u00c4nderungen ihrer L\u00e4nge bewirken eine Kompression und damit eine aktive Stabilisierung des Gelenks.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Das globale System enth\u00e4lt oberfl\u00e4chliche Muskeln, die ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Drehmoment und einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Momentarm erzeugen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:0_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:0-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Die prim\u00e4re Rolle der Muskeln wird jedoch durch ihre Architektur und ihre Wirkungsweise bestimmt.\n<\/p>\n<p>Bei t\u00e4glichen Aktivit\u00e4ten muss das H\u00fcftgelenk hohen Kr\u00e4ften standhalten. Eine Hauptaufgabe dieser Muskeln besteht darin, den H\u00fcftkopf in der H\u00fcftpfanne zu stabilisieren.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn tiefe Au\u00dfenrotatoren bei der H\u00fcftendoprothetik mit einem posterioren chirurgischen Zugang reseziert werden, besteht eine erh\u00f6hte Rate an Prothesenluxationen und funktionellen Defiziten. Bei Kapselreparaturen ist die Luxationsrate geringer.<\/li>\n<li>Die <b>Au\u00dfenrotation <\/b>mit <b>Extension <\/b>des H\u00fcftgelenks gegen Widerstand aktiviert den <a href=\"\/Piriformis\" title=\"Piriformis\">M piriformis<\/a>, aber der Kraftverlauf ist nicht geeignet, die Kompression des Gelenks zu verbessern.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn die Au\u00dfenrotation des H\u00fcftgelenks zu fest ist und der Patient nicht in der Lage ist, das Bein hochzuziehen und den Strumpf anzuziehen, k\u00f6nnte dies auf eine Verspannung des Piriformis hindeuten.
