Osteomalazie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a title=\"Osteomalacia\" href=\"\/Osteomalacia\">Osteomalazie<\/a> ist eine &#8222;metabolische Knochenerkrankung, die durch eine unzureichende Mineralisierung des Knochengewebes gekennzeichnet ist&#8220;<sup id=\"cite_ref-:7_14-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:7-14\">(14)<\/a><\/sup> und zu einer Erweichung der Knochen f\u00fchrt (bei Kindern als Rachitis bekannt).<\/p>\n<p>Vier Mechanismen f\u00fchren zu Osteomalazie:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:8_15-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:8-15\">(15)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitamin-D-Mangel oder -Resistenz: hat sowohl extrinsische als auch intrinsische Ursachen<\/li>\n<li>Kalziummangel-Rachitis (unabh\u00e4ngig vom Vitamin-D-Status)<\/li>\n<li>Phosphatmangel<\/li>\n<li>Hemmung der Knochenmineralisierung durch verschiedene Medikamente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die meisten F\u00e4lle werden mit Ern\u00e4hrungs- oder Lebensstilfaktoren in Verbindung gebracht, aber es kann auch genetische, renale, maligne und iatrogene Ursachen geben.<sup id=\"cite_ref-16\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-16\">(16)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Extrinsische Ursachen f\u00fcr Vitamin-D-Mangel sind eine unzureichende Zufuhr von Vitamin D \u00fcber die Nahrung, wobei Vitamin D sowohl bei Erwachsenen als auch bei Kindern den h\u00e4ufigsten N\u00e4hrstoffmangel darstellt. Weitere extrinsische Faktoren sind verminderte Sonneneinstrahlung, das Tragen von Sonnenschutzmitteln mit hohem Lichtschutzfaktor, das Tragen von Kleidung, die den K\u00f6rper vollst\u00e4ndig bedeckt, und eine dunkle Hautpigmentierung.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:8_15-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:8-15\">(15)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Zu den intrinsischen Ursachen eines Vitamin-D-Mangels z\u00e4hlen eine verminderte Vitamin-D-Produktion in der Haut, die mit dem Alterungsprozess einhergeht, sowie eine Vitamin-D-Malabsorption. Eine Malabsorption kann aufgrund von Erkrankungen wie Glutenenteropathie, Gastrektomie, Erkrankungen des D\u00fcnndarms, Resektion, Bypass usw. auftreten.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:8_15-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:8-15\">(15)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Personen mit Osteomalazie k\u00f6nnen diffuse Schmerzen, Knochenschmerzen und Druckempfindlichkeit aufweisen. Sie k\u00f6nnen Fragilit\u00e4tsfrakturen, M\u00fcdigkeit, Gewichtsverlust und proximale Muskelschw\u00e4che und -schwund entwickeln. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Haltungsfehlstellungen und Kr\u00fcmmungen der Tibia und des Femurs auftreten. Weitere klinische Manifestationen sind Osteopenie, Neuropathien, erh\u00f6hte Sturzgefahr und Gangst\u00f6rungen (z.
