Ellenbogen und Volarflexion und ulnare Abduktion der Handgelenke<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Je nach Typ der AMC kann bei den Betroffenen Folgendes auftreten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neurologische Erkrankungen wie Das Ziel der Rehabilitation ist es, die Funktion zu erhalten und zu maximieren, das Bewegungsausma\u00df der Gelenke zu verbessern und eine weitere Muskelatrophie zu verhindern. Die chirurgischen Optionen variieren je nach Lage der Kontrakturen.<\/p>\n<p>Chirurgische Eingriffe k\u00f6nnen Osteotomien und Sehnen-\/Muskelverl\u00e4ngerungen umfassen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-AMC_Support_8-5\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-AMC_Support-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> Bei AMC ist auch das das kontrakte Gelenk umgebende Gewebe betroffen, was die Behandlung erschweren kann.<sup id=\"cite_ref-Graydon_15-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-Graydon-15\">(15)<\/a><\/sup> Wenn eine Person mit AMC Einschr\u00e4nkungen der Muskell\u00e4nge hat, k\u00f6nnen Sehnentransfers durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um das L\u00e4ngen-Spannungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis und die Mechanik des spezifischen Muskels zu verbessern.<sup id=\"cite_ref-Hall_2-15\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-Hall-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup> Wenn eine Sehne bewirkt, dass ein Gelenk in einer abnormalen Position gehalten wird, kann eine Tenotomie durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um das Gelenk vom Zug der Sehne zu befreien.
