Das Durchschnittsalter bei der Diagnose von ASS ist in allen LMICs sehr \u00e4hnlich, liegt jedoch h\u00f6her als in L\u00e4ndern mit hohem Einkommen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-6\">(6)<\/a><\/sup> Es sind Studien erforderlich, insbesondere epidemiologische Studien, um das Ausma\u00df des Problems von ASS in LMICs zu definieren.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:8_7-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:8-7\">(7)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Signs_and_Symptoms\" class=\"mw-headline\">Zeichen und Symptome <\/span><span class=\"mw-editsection\"><span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">(<\/span> <a class=\"mw-editsection-visualeditor\" title=\"Edit section: Signs and Symptoms\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Autism_Spectrum_Disorder&amp;veaction=edit&amp;section=4\">edit<\/a> <span class=\"mw-editsection-divider\"> | <\/span> <a title=\"Edit section: Signs and Symptoms\" href=\"\/index.php?title=Autism_Spectrum_Disorder&amp;action=edit&amp;section=4\">edit source<\/a> <span class=\"mw-editsection-bracket\">)<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Anzeichen f\u00fcr eine ASS treten in der Regel im zweiten Lebensjahr auf.<sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-8\">(8)<\/a><\/sup> Menschen mit ASS haben m\u00f6glicherweise Schwierigkeiten mit Folgendem:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:10_1-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:10-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und W\u00fcnsche zu kommunizieren (soziale Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen)<\/li>\n<li>andere Menschen zu interpretieren<\/li>\n<li>sensorische und kognitive Informationen zu verarbeiten<\/li>\n<li>sich wiederholendes Verhalten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zu den ersten Anzeichen von ASS k\u00f6nnen geh\u00f6ren:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:7_9-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:7-9\">(9)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nicht auf den eigenen Namen reagieren<\/li>\n<li>Nicht auf Objekte\/Dinge zeigen, die von Interesse sind<\/li>\n<li>Vermeiden von Augenkontakt<\/li>\n<li>Eine Vorliebe f\u00fcr das Alleinsein zeigen<\/li>\n<li>Keine Fantasie- und Rollenspiele spielen<\/li>\n<li>Mangelnde Sprache \/ verz\u00f6gerte Sprache<\/li>\n<li>Schwierigkeiten haben, die Gef\u00fchle anderer oder die eigenen Gef\u00fchle zu verstehen oder zu zeigen, dass diese verstanden werden<\/li>\n<li>Sich \u00fcber kleine Ver\u00e4nderungen aufregen<\/li>\n<li>Auf Fragen Antworten geben, die nichts mit der Frage zu tun haben<\/li>\n<li>Zwanghafte Interessen<\/li>\n<li>Keine oder weniger soziale Fertigkeiten als erwartet<\/li>\n<li>Widerstand gegen oder Vermeidung von K\u00f6rperkontakt<\/li>\n<li>Geringes Sicherheits- oder Gefahrenbewusstsein<\/li>\n<li>Umkehrung von Pronomen &#8211; zum Beispiel &#8222;ich&#8220; statt &#8222;du&#8220; sagen <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zu den weiteren Verhaltensweisen, die mit ASS in Verbindung gebracht werden, geh\u00f6ren:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:7_9-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:7-9\">(9)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extreme \u00c4ngste \/ ungew\u00f6hnliche Phobien<\/li>\n<li>Aufreihen von Gegenst\u00e4nden und Spielzeug<\/li>\n<li>Immer auf die gleiche Weise mit dem Spielzeug spielen<\/li>\n<li>Selbstverletzungen<\/li>\n<li>Fehlende oder \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Angst<\/li>\n<li>Kurze Aufmerksamkeitsspanne<\/li>\n<li>Ungew\u00f6hnliche Schlaf-\/Essgewohnheiten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kinder und Jugendliche mit ASS haben unterschiedliche intellektuelle F\u00e4higkeiten. B. <a title=\"Epilepsie\" href=\"\/Epilepsy\">Epilepsie<\/a>, <a title=\"Depression\" href=\"\/Depression\">Depressionen<\/a>, <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Generalized Anxiety Disorder\" href=\"\/Generalized_Anxiety_Disorder\">Angstzust\u00e4nde<\/a> und <a title=\"Attention Deficit Disorders\" href=\"\/Attention_Deficit_Disorders\">Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit-\/Hyperaktivit\u00e4tsst\u00f6rung<\/a>) und andere herausfordernde Verhaltensweisen (z. B. <a title=\"Sleep Deprivation and Sleep Disorders\" href=\"\/Sleep_Deprivation_and_Sleep_Disorders\">Schlafst\u00f6rungen<\/a> und Selbstverletzungen) auf. Auch das intellektuelle Funktionsniveau ist bei Personen mit ASS sehr unterschiedlich.
