DOMS ist normal nach ungewohnter Belastung, auch nach einem LL-BFR-Training (mit niedrigen Lasten), und sollte innerhalb von 24-72 Stunden abklingen.<a class=\"mw-selflink selflink\">(2)<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Widerstandstraining mit hohen Lasten kann in jeder Form zu Muskelsch\u00e4den f\u00fchren. Ein \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Abbau der quergestreiften Muskulatur nach k\u00f6rperlicher Anstrengung wird als <a title=\"Rhabdomyolysis\" href=\"\/Rhabdomyolysis\">Rhabdomyolyse nach Belastung<\/a> bezeichnet und kann zu Organsch\u00e4den f\u00fchren.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:12_30-9\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:12-30\">(30)<\/a><\/sup> Die Inzidenz der Rhabdomyolyse durch BFR-RE ist mit etwa 0,07 % bis 0,2 % sehr gering. Dies scheint der Inzidenz von Rhabdomyolyse w\u00e4hrend eines normalen Krafttrainings mit hoher Belastung \u00e4hnlich zu sein. Es besteht die Sorge, dass selbst bei BFR mit niedrigen Lasten der erh\u00f6hte metabolische Stress eine Rhabdomyolyse ausl\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnte, aber die Inzidenzraten sind so niedrig, dass die derzeitige Evidenz nicht darauf hindeutet, dass es bei BFR-RE im Vergleich zu anderen Formen des Widerstandstrainings ein erh\u00f6htes Risiko f\u00fcr Rhabdomyolyse gibt.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:12_30-10\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:12-30\">(30)<\/a><\/sup> Eine aktuelle systematische \u00dcbersichtsarbeit, in der die Evidenz \u00fcber Muskelsch\u00e4den nach Einheiten von BFR-RE analysiert wurde, legt jedoch nahe, dass die Anwendung von BFR mit hohen Lasten bis zum Muskelversagen zu deutlichen Muskelsch\u00e4den f\u00fchrt und vermieden werden sollte. Die Ergebnisse unterstreichen, dass das Ausma\u00df des Muskelschadens nach einer ersten Trainingseinheit mit Widerstand und Blutflussrestriktion offenbar geringer ausf\u00e4llt, was auf einen protektiven Belastungseffekt durch diese Art von \u00dcbung hindeutet.
