Dadurch verk\u00fcrzt sich der Abstand zwischen dem Kalkaneus und den Mittelfu\u00dfknochen. Die Verk\u00fcrzung der Plantarfaszie, die aus der Dorsalextension der Gro\u00dfzehe resultiert, simuliert einen &#8222;Seilwinden&#8220;-Mechanismus (angespanntes Seil).<sup id=\"cite_ref-:3_4-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:3-4\">(4)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Der <a title=\"Windlass Test\" href=\"\/Windlass_Test\">Windlass-Test<\/a> provoziert die Belastung der Plantarfaszie durch eine forcierte Dorsalextension der Gro\u00dfzehe. Sie identifizierten die anteromediale Ferse als den empfindlichsten Bereich der Ferse, aber es wurden keine signifikanten Unterschiede zwischen Personen mit und ohne Fersenschmerzen festgestellt (Abbildung 4). Sie stellten fest, dass eine Verringerung der Schmerzen stark mit einer Verringerung der Dicke der Plantarfaszie korrelierte. Dies bekr\u00e4ftigt, dass es an Evidenz f\u00fcr k\u00f6rperliche Untersuchungstests mangelt, die beim klinischen Assessment von Patienten mit PF eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, und bringt uns zum Ziel dieser Kursreihe \u2013 der <a title=\"A New Protocol for Plantar Heel Pain\" href=\"\/A_New_Protocol_for_Plantar_Heel_Pain\">Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen Schemas f\u00fcr den PF<\/a>. Sie misst jedoch keine Ver\u00e4nderungen im Verlauf der Erkrankung des Patienten.<\/li>\n<li>Es gibt keine Evidenz, die das Tinel-Zeichen als Assessment-Tool f\u00fcr den PF unterst\u00fctzt.<\/li>\n<li>Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) k\u00f6nnen zur Bewertung einer Behandlungsserie verwendet werden.
