Kommunikation ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ihrer Rolle, da sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit anderen Klinikern der Neo-Intensiv und Familienmitgliedern interagieren, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Babys zu ermitteln und n\u00fctzliche Interventionen umzusetzen.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:1_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:1-1\">(1)<\/a><\/sup> Das Ziel der Physiotherapie auf der Neo-Intensiv besteht darin, die motorische Entwicklung und die Eltern-Kind-Bindung auf folgende Weise zu f\u00f6rdern:<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_2-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung des S\u00e4uglings bei der Bindung zu seinen Familienmitgliedern (Bonding)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rderung guter entwicklungsbezogener Fertigkeiten<\/li>\n<li>Angebot unterst\u00fctzender Positionierung und Handling <\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der \u00dcbertragbarkeit therapeutischer Strategien (d. h. Sicherstellung, dass S\u00e4uglinge therapeutische Interventionen nicht nur w\u00e4hrend einer bestimmten Physiotherapiesitzung erhalten \u2013 die <i>Edukation <\/i> von Pflegepersonal \/ Familienmitgliedern tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die \u00dcbertragbarkeit dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen sicherzustellen)<sup id=\"cite_ref-:2_2-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:2-2\">(2)<\/a><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die physiotherapeutische Befunderhebung auf der Neo-Intensiv wird durchgef\u00fchrt, sobald der S\u00e4ugling medizinisch stabil ist. Die Beobachtung des Neugeborenen und seiner Interaktion mit seiner Umgebung wird als &#8222;<i>neurologische Verhaltensbeobachtung<\/i>&#8220; bezeichnet. Das NBO wird von NBO-geschulten medizinischen Fachkr\u00e4ften durchgef\u00fchrt und besteht aus 18 Items, die die visuellen, auditiven, perzeptiven und selbstregulatorischen F\u00e4higkeiten eines S\u00e4uglings beschreiben.
