anh\u00e4lt<\/li>\n<li>Weichteilschwellung von 3 oder mehr Gelenkbereichen<\/li>\n<li>Schwellung der proximalen Interphalangeal-, Metacarpophalangeal- oder Handgelenke<\/li>\n<li>symmetrische Schwellung<\/li>\n<li>Rheumaknoten <\/li>\n<li>Positiver Rheumafaktor<\/li>\n<li>Erosionen und\/oder periartikul\u00e4re Osteopenie in Hand- und\/oder Fingergelenken, im R\u00f6ntgenbild sichtbar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die ersten vier Kriterien mussten seit mindestens 6 Wochen vorliegen. In diesem System bestand eine rheumatoide Arthritis, wenn 4 oder mehr der oben genannten Kriterien erf\u00fcllt waren.<sup id=\"cite_ref-:11_31-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:11-31\">(31)<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Obwohl diese Kriterien &#8222;als Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr die Definition der Krankheit allgemein anerkannt wurden&#8220;,<sup id=\"cite_ref-:10_30-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"#cite_note-:10-30\">(30)<\/a><\/sup> gab es deutliche Einschr\u00e4nkungen, da sie darauf ausgelegt waren, Personen mit etablierter RA von anderen rheumatologischen Erkrankungen zu unterscheiden.
